   I have gold bracelet from Saudi Arabia. Inside is the marking MM21. Is the MM the manufacturer and the 21 the gold content?

   Not nessessarily - They could simply be a Makers stamp or store Id - much like you would have a Identification Mark on any manufactured goods. There should be other marks to identify the gold quality. Get it tested.
